A: When you arrive at the Melbourne Airport, make your way to Terminal 2 (International), walk across the pedestrian crossing and please wait at the centre lane. Please remember to turn on your mobile as a Jetbus operator will be in contact with you.

Q: How much time should I allow to get to the Airport?

A: We ask that passengers book their pickup one hour and 20 minutes before they need to be at the Airport.

Q: When can I use my Jetbus ticket?

A: Your ticket it valid for 12 months after the purchase date.

Q: Does Jetbus drop off to residents within Melbourne?

A: Yes. Jetbus drop off to residents within the Melbourne CBD, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Southbank and the Docklands.

Q: Do I need to book a Jetbus ticket?

A: Yes. You need to book and print your ticket on-line, but unlike other shuttle services you may book your ticket 3 hours prior to a pickup. If you wish to book by phone you may by calling 13 55 55 however, there will be a surcharge of $2.50.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?

A: Yes. You must print your ticket to present to the driver. If however, you don’t have access to a printer, please take down the ticket number which is shown upon purchase.
